**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
