**Essential Functions and Primary Duties**
* Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
* Answer and route incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment, assessing and appropriately responding to customer's information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
* Process appointment assignments through company navigation software, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team.
* Maintain excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community, upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality.
* Provide a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assist with program information, promoting trust and confidence in our services.

**Minimum Qualifications Required**
