**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to union members. * Inbound and outbound calling to engage with union members and provide exceptional customer service
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
* Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
* Quality control and leadership development
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* 18+ years of age
* Must pass a background check
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in sales and customer service
* Proficiency in using software applications and technology
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
