**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
* Working through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that packages are accurately processed and stored
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
