**Job Summary**
As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for selling and executing promotions, securing placement of equipment, and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to grow sales. You will also transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels, restock and build displays, sections, and racks, and maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day. Additionally, you will support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and increase customer engagement
* Secure placement of equipment and use point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
* Transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal product visibility
* Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
* Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to ensure efficient inventory management
* Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; experience in the beverage industry a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending and reaching

* Knowledge of the beverage industry and current trends
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
