About the position Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic. This is a full-time, primarily clinic-based opportunity for a BCBA seeking strong clinical support, ethical billable expectations, and a clear path for leadership growth. Our BCBAs are supported by experienced clinical and operational leadership, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional care while maintaining a healthy and manageable caseload. Responsibilities • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members • Support clinic initiatives and promote clinical excellence Requirements • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field • Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina • Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential • Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families Nice-to-haves • Prior ABA clinical experience preferred • Previous supervision or leadership experience preferred but not required Benefits • Competitive salary of $95,000–$105,000 total compensation • Additional bonus potential for exceeding billable expectations • Paid training • Supportive clinical leadership • Administrative and operational support (Office Manager, Intake, Billing, Leadership Team) • Career growth and leadership development opportunities • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid holidays • CEU and professional development support Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
