**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
* Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
* Providing top-notch support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary

* Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour, plus upsell commission
* Shift premiums of $0.50 per hour for shifts between 4:30 PM and midnight, and $0.75 per hour for weekend shifts
