**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced Bilingual Customer Account Representatives who can provide exceptional customer service to our guests. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Provide exceptional customer service**: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online chat communications from Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers.
* **Resolve complex account questions**: Use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex account questions and provide accurate vacation details.
* **Personalize the customer's journey**: Tailor the customer experience to meet their individual needs and preferences.
* **Maintain accurate records**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information.
* **Meet performance targets**: Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills**: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
* **Prior customer service experience**: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
* **Ability to work from home**: You must have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access and minimal distractions.
* **Problem-solving and critical thinking**: You must be able to think critically and resolve complex problems.
* **Confidence and decision-making**: You must be confident in your ability to make decisions and take ownership of customer solutions.
* **Willingness to learn and adapt**: You must be willing to learn new systems, processes, and technologies, and adapt to changing environments.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's degree**: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
* **High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent**: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
* **MS Office and internal programs**: Experience with MS Office and internal programs is preferred.
