**The Role**
As a Senior Product Designer, Customer Experience, you'll be part of our Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, responsible for turning critical customer pain points into delightful experiences. You'll work closely with our research, product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to design and deliver user experiences that drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions
* Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs
* Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
* Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
* Design and ship high-quality product improvements
**What We're Looking For**
* 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on customer experience and user-centered design
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on customer experience and user-centered design
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
* Experience with design systems, design language systems, and design operations
* Strong understanding of front-end development, with experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices

**Compensation and Perks**
