**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and circulate change as needed; process voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as required
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
* Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
* Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/systems
* Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine
* Take on web pickup responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (pick items), and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store)
* Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store condition and appearance
* Conform to all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues
* Complete unique tasks and other assignments as delegated
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience with arenaflex
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
