**Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Supply Chain Operations (Remote, CA)**

As a Customer Service Coordinator in our Supply Chain Operations division, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our warehouses, factories, retail outlets, and online retailers around the world have the products they need, when they need them. You'll be part of a team that leverages leading-edge technology and innovative solutions to deliver goods and materials on time, on schedule, and in great condition. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through the end of the merchandise life cycle. This includes daily review, maintenance, and release of sales orders, following up on shipments, and handling reverse logistics. You'll also help track production through receipt in the distribution center, create and manage work orders to ensure customer floor-ready requirements, and review orders on an exception basis from all product flow streams daily. Additionally, you'll ensure that all electronic transactions (EDI) are sent and/or received, review daily shipments to ensure proper invoicing, and communicate daily with the Order Management Manager, Sales, and Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues.
