With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're shaping the future of healthcare and seeking talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. You'll work to research and resolve problems in a timely manner, assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, and use our computerized system to gather information and respond to questions. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls to address pharmacy benefits-related inquiries * Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits, maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable * Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, responding to members within performance agreement guidelines * Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns * Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner, ensuring corrective action is pursued and expedited to address their needs * Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations * Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center environment (Preferred) * 1 year of experience in customer service (Preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using computerized systems and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and related regulations * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in using computerized systems and software applications * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
