**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and producers, including:
* Providing helpful and professional insurance service needs to clients and producers
* Processing binder requests, endorsements, policies, and other critical documents
* Verifying critical information for file documentation, including premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, and more
* Providing knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
* Working with internal departments to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
* Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow our business
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Property and Casualty (P&C) license
* At least 1+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in a retail brokerage setting
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other insurance software systems
* In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with CRM software and other technology platforms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
