As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to design, implement, and support actual foundations that uphold our DC operations, as well as administer and support all moves/add/change demands. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. * Serve as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, facilitating communication and collaboration. * Work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to design, implement, and support actual foundations that uphold our DC operations. * Administer and support all moves/add/change demands, ensuring timely and efficient processing. * Contact MHE merchants regarding information handling and management. * Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures, ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime. * Communicate effectively with distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and concerns. * Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Support LAN (Local Area Network) design, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime. * Perform all future upgrades of software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. * Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including structures, strips, and other materials, and report usage to MIS. * Regulate non-exempt staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users. * Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis. * Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio. **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, and other relevant technologies. * 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate, preferably in a similar role. * 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word, as well as other relevant software applications. * Must be local, as this is not a remote job. **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience, preferably in a similar role. * Bachelor's degree in IT, preferably with a focus on supply chain systems. * Excellent relational and communication skills. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
