With a focus on innovation, diversity, and mutual respect, we're proud to be a mission-driven organization that values teamwork and excellence. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to residents, technicians, and project site team members in a fast-paced environment * Receiving emergency and non-emergency service requests via online, email, or calls from residents * Handling all calls, including troubleshooting and scheduling resident service request needs * Identifying repeat, reoccurring, or outstanding requests and taking appropriate action to escalate and resolve * Prioritizing calls according to urgency and importance * Creating work orders and dispatching accordingly * Scheduling work orders to ensure timely completion * Monitoring voicemails and ensuring calls are returned and queues are cleared by the end of each day * Handling customer questions and concerns regarding service requests * Dispatching and scheduling pest control work orders * Providing scheduling support for Deployed Spouses Program **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED equivalent * 1-3 years of relevant work experience * Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills * Superb attention to detail * Ability to manage time effectively * Ability to make decisions and solve problems * Ability to adapt and prioritize within a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Extensive customer service or administrative experience * Experience with Yardi or other property management software * Experience with scheduling/work order service ticket platforms **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $16.34 - $16.71 * Generous time off policies, including 11 paid holidays (12 for MA employees) and accrued time off * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan options * 401(k) plan options with a company match * Flexible spending account, dependent care flexible spending account, and health savings account options * Long-term disability and voluntary short-term disability * Basic term life insurance and AD&D * Optional supplemental life insurance * Health expense reimbursement program * Tuition reimbursement program and continuous training and development opportunities * Wellbeing program, employee assistance program, and commuter and parking reimbursement options * Employee corporate discount programs * Flexible and/or hybrid schedules available for certain roles * Employee relief program supporting employees with unexpected hardships **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's dynamic, rewarding, and challenging.
