**Overview**
As a remote work from home customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you while interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Our contractors play a vital role in helping customers with all their needs, and we're looking for talented individuals who can provide exceptional service while working independently.
**Schedule**
While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that suits your needs within client/contract hours of operation. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life while delivering top-notch customer service.
**Earnings & Revenue**
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics. This means you'll have the potential to earn more as you grow and develop your skills.

**Technology & Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
* **Quiet and secure work environment during working hours**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
* **Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM**: You'll need a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications and software.
* **Wired USB headset with microphone**: A high-quality headset is essential for clear communication with customers.
* **High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed**: You'll need a stable internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity.
* **Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11**: You'll need to use one of these operating systems to ensure compatibility with our systems.
* **Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed**: You'll need to ensure your computer is protected from malware and viruses.
* **Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad**: You'll need a mobile device to access our systems and manage your work.
* **Authentication app**: You'll need to install an authentication app to access our systems securely.
**Work Environment Requirements**
To deliver exceptional customer service, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements:
* **Quiet, uninterrupted space**: You'll need a dedicated workspace that's free from distractions and interruptions.
* **Organized desk area**: You'll need to maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We'll not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Expected Salary**
The expected salary for this role is $16-$19 per hour.

The location for this role is Memphis, TN.
