Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Handle various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries, with a focus on empathy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet patient needs.
- Participate in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in arenaflex systems and procedures, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices.
- Maintain high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily, while adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics.
- Adhere to arenaflex's high standards of customer service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Role Summary:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume call center environment, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, and internal teams.
- Organized with excellent time-management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Customer-oriented with the capacity to adapt to various patient perspectives, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action in real-time.
- Must be available to work within Contact Center hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace free of distractions required.
- Must attend 100% of training within the first 90 days of employment.
