You'll be the face of our brand, and your enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store. * Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, adhering to high standards of store appearance and organization. * Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management. * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, ensuring seamless and secure payment processing. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols. * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
