**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and other locations, including residences, through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Perform various office support functions as needed, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
* Develop a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices and procedures to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
* Utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
* Answer and place calls in a professional manner, with a focus on call resolution and quality
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications:**
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Proficient with office equipment, including computers, phones, and software applications
* Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
* Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
* Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
* Professional appearance, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime as needed
