**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Representative to join our team and play a key role in increasing market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites. As a Strategic Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, improve product awareness, and enhance the efficiency of our corporate account office. You'll also serve as a mentor and liaison in our go-to-market sales strategy, coordinating efforts between key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites
* Increase product awareness and efficiency of the corporate account office
* Evaluate new potential customers to the program and manage the corporate accounts office
* Serve as a mentor and liaison in the overall go-to-market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience
* Proven track record of driving growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in the equipment rental industry or a related field
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
* Experience with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Base pay range: $67,273.00 - $92,500.10
* Total compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), volunteer time off, short-term and long-term disability, accident, life, and travel insurance, as well as flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, college savings, EAP, and length of service awards
* Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from start date
