With a remote-first and supportive culture, we collaborate effectively across 20+ countries, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment. **Key Responsibilities** As our Customer Care Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as the primary post-sales point of contact for a variety of small to medium-sized business customers * Developing a "one-to-many" approach to drive smart and remarkable results, including conducting webinars on specific topics and using email cadency * Utilizing in-depth product and industry knowledge to increase the adoption of arenaflex Acquire * Developing a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and industry challenges, and working on knowledge base creation to close this gap * Helping customers achieve maximum value from arenaflex Acquire and achieve their business objectives * Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts (arenaflex ecosystem cross-selling) * Proactively engaging with customers to secure renewals and drive customer retention * Proactively identifying portfolio risks and weaknesses, developing strategic steps to prevent them * Distributing customer needs, suggestions, and feedback across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams * Collaborating closely with the Apple team on selected clients to drive further expansion and align on joint strategy **About You** We're looking for a customer-focused individual with: * Fluent English * Experience in client-facing roles * Strong communication and presentation skills * Customer-oriented mindset and attitude * Analytical and strategic way of thinking * Conflict prevention and resolution skills * Accountability for results **What's in it for You?** At arenaflex, we believe in providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and well-being.
