**Job Summary**
As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, working closely with their teams to resolve service-related issues. With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the US, this role offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and career growth opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
* Process payments and follow up with clients for overdue payments
* Send necessary documents to customers and upload them to Necho upon customer completion
* Update odometer readings and follow up on drive safe and save setups
* Maintain meticulous notes in the system
* Update financial cards
* Collect information like drivers' licenses for MVR No hit's, etc. in underwriting - folders and send it to your agent
* Upsell from BOD Service tasks
* Put in a Policy Transaction (PT) for the information collected in underwriting folders
* Answer phone calls during allocated times
**Requirements**
* Valid work authorization
* Ability to work Monday to Friday
* Prior or current arenaflex experience (minimum 3 years)
* Prior service experience
* Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer's license in the state where your agent is located
