**Job Summary**
We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Teller and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Woodsville branch. As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Teller and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
* Providing exceptional customer service and answering general questions
* Cross-selling arenaflex's products and services to customers
* Providing account services to customers, including account openings, closings, and maintenance
* Balancing cash drawers and ATMs
* Scanning teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* Ability to use and learn computer-based systems, including arenaflex's banking software
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investments
* Experience with cash handling and balancing
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
