**Job Summary**
We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team, working 3-4 days a week, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, ensuring that listings and support tickets are handled efficiently
* Manage your workload independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision
* Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
* Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex, providing feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
* Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues
* Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with a minimum of 24-30 hours per week
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
* Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
