We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent (Customer Service Representative), you'll be responsible for: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination. * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient baggage handling. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures. **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' well-being and career growth.
