**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
* Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
