**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Fielding incoming customer service calls, taking ownership of resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner
* Researching account status and identifying account issues to provide effective solutions
* Addressing billing inquiries and resolving billing disputes with professionalism and empathy
* Processing disconnection and re-connection requests with precision and efficiency
* Enrolling customers and resolving enrollment issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Initiating collection activity on past due accounts and processing disconnection and re-connection requests with a commitment to customer care
* Serving as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating effectively with our diverse customer base
* **Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills**: You'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide top-notch customer service
* **Excellent listening skills**: The ability to listen attentively to customers and respond with empathy and understanding is crucial

**Experience**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* **Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment**: Previous experience in a call center environment is essential for success in this role
* **Customer care experience strongly preferred**: Experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued
* **Experience within the retail electricity industry strongly preferred**: Familiarity with the Electricity industry is a plus, but not required
* **Experience in similar markets such as utilities, telecom, or cable preferred**: Experience in related industries can be beneficial, but not required
