**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, managing their travel requests, and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll work closely with our clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver customized travel solutions that meet their unique needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, responding to their inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool.
* Receive, initiate, and process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services, ensuring that client requests are met and exceeded.
* Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to manage travel requests, queues, scripts, and programmable keys.
* Act as the client's advocate, ensuring that their travel requirements are met and that customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.
* Respond to and monitor emails, resolving client inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Participate in special projects, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized travel solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

* Remarkable oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen to customers' needs and provide effective consultative selling skills.

**Qualifications**
* At least four (4) years of corporate travel experience, with a strong understanding of travel service activities.
* Ability to work extended hours, including shifts, to meet client needs.
* Least of three (3) years' experience with the Sabre reservation system.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* High school or equivalent education, with a strong emphasis on customer service and travel industry knowledge.
