**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team at arenaflex Customer Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. You'll work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Your goal will be to plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
* Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
* Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals.
* Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
* Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and customer success.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex product offerings to provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, including their marketing goals, challenges, and success metrics.
* Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet client needs and drive growth.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
* Ability to travel 20% of the time.
* Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
* Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
* Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
* Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
* Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
* The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.
* Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
* Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
