Our remote office administration team is the backbone of our operations, and we're seeking a talented Data Entry Clerk / Typing Professional to join our ranks.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk / Typing Professional, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* Managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, and assisting with events
* Greeting and accommodating visitors, coordinating with appropriate personnel, and providing proper visitor information, including badges and security access
* Setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors, assisting with conference room reservations, and maintaining room reservation calendars
* Placing catering orders for meetings, setting up food and beverage, and cleaning up afterwards
* Assisting with technology needs in conference rooms, including setting up zoom meetings and a/v presentations
* Creating guest Wi-Fi credentials and assisting with guest connectivity
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms
* Loading, running, and unloading dishwashers on a weekly basis and/or as needed
* Correcting errors and organizing information to optimize swift and accurate capturing
* Creating accurate spreadsheets, entering and updating information into relevant databases, and ensuring data is backed up
* Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
* Handling additional duties from time to time
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
* Strong customer service skills, proficiency in office equipment operation, and the ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities
* Good command of English
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
