What You'll Need for Success

• **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required • **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous experience in customer service or a related field + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks + Familiarity with airline operations and customer service procedures
