**What We Do**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Healthcare Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform our customers about changes that may affect them. Your role will involve:
* Answering customer inquiries about current health insurance policies or benefit cards
* Supporting customers in updating their personal information on accounts
* Assisting customers in completing orders and resolving any issues related to their healthcare services
* Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner

**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* The ability to type 25 words per minute
* Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency, with the ability to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with customers
* Open availability between 8am-2am EST, 7 days a week
* A strong understanding of healthcare-related concepts and terminology

**What You'll Need to Work from Home**
To work virtually from home, you'll need:
* A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (no Mac, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone)
* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
* The ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable (WIFI is not acceptable)
* 2 dedicated computer monitors with a minimum size of 13 inches
* A VoIP USB headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
* A dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
