**Job Description**
In this remote work opportunity, you will have the chance to work with families and schools participating in the scholarship program, responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the scholarship program
* Address student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status
* Provide accurate and timely information to callers
* Resolve issues and concerns in a fair and compassionate manner
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Qualifications:**
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience
* English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
* Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
* Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
* Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
