**Key Responsibilities**
As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* **Ensure the accuracy of employee data**: You'll be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes, ensuring that employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes**: You'll work closely with our local and global teams to research and implement new HR systems and processes, ensuring that they're efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.
* **Provide exceptional customer service**: You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to employee and stakeholder issues.
* **Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base**: You'll work with our HR team to create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base, ensuring that it's accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to our employees.
* **Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services**: You'll work closely with our HR team to analyze, implement, and operationalize new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding.
* **Perform system and testing audits**: You'll perform system and testing audits to ensure that our HR systems and processes are accurate, secure, and functioning as intended.
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications:
* **Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM**: You'll need to have experience with Workday HCM, including mass uploads (EIB) and other related tools.
* **Strong analytical skills**: You'll need to have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other related tools.
* **Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills**: You'll need to have strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* **Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues**: You'll need to have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using rigorous logic and strategies.
* **A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field**: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* **Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist**: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus.
* **Experience with Zendesk ticketing system**: Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus.
