**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: Lead your team to success by providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet their goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises**: Collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.
* **Collaborate with all support teams**: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop strategies that drive business success.
* **Physical demands**: Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
* **Work environment**: Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions.

Our Operations workflow has three major components:
* **First mile**: The product is housed and ready for order.
* **Middle mile**: The order is hauled to your area.
* **Last mile**: The product is delivered to the customer's door.
