**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Jr Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Handling live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
* Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently.
* Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.
* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Position Details:**
* Rate: $35 per hour.
* Requirements:
+ Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
+ Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week.
+ A reliable internet connection is a must.
