**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – RMA Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, forums, and social media
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to arenaflex firearms, escalating when necessary
* Educating customers on the proper use and maintenance of arenaflex firearms, empowering them to become better users
* Explaining the RMA process to customers and processing all warranty claims/repairs
* Owning the RMA customer experience, working to exceed customer expectations and treat them as valued guests
* Utilizing Zendesk to create, communicate, and solve issues with customers and internal teams
* Collaborating with engineering and production teams to minimize warranty returns and improve product quality
* Proactively identifying solutions to problems and proposing improvements to internal teams
* Providing feedback to internal teams to enhance customer experience and product development
**What We're Looking For:**
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and explain complex issues in simple terms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
* Familiarity with firearms and the firearm industry, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Proficiency in Zendesk and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to follow and lead as situations dictate
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on technical support and problem-solving
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
* Familiarity with firearms and the firearm industry, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a firearms-related industry or with a similar product line
* Familiarity with RMA processes and procedures
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Experience with Zendesk and other customer service software platforms
