**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and being available to work a variety of shifts
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to achieving daily goals
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly and offer suggestions
* Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job

* Sales associate or cashiering experience
