**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality service and support to customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text
* Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues experienced by customers and partners
* Acting as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction
* A positive attitude, passion for success, and a natural ability to turn a frown upside down
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Tech savvy, with experience using Mac and iOS devices
* Ability to type 50+ WPM, with excellent communication and writing skills
* College degree or equivalent work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
