**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your friendly and approachable demeanor will make a lasting impression on our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Experience**
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
+ Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Operations**
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
+ Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
+ Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
+ Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
+ Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
+ Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves).
+ Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
+ Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), deliver orders to customers as they arrive at store).
+ Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Training & Personal Development**
+ Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Basic Qualifications:**
+ Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
+ Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
+ Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
