**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Packaging Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on our packaging products and services. **Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on customer service and technical support.
* Strong understanding of packaging materials, structures, and technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop creative solutions.
* Proficiency in packaging design and development software, including CAD and simulation tools.
* Experience with industry standards and regulations, including FDA, USDA, and ISO.
