**About the Job**
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with partners to uncover training and enablement needs across sales skills and internal processes, and developing comprehensive solutions that are executed through various mediums, including content creation, instructor-led live training, LMS courses, work aids, playbook development, and more.
* Regularly analyzing projects to determine effectiveness, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement and change throughout.
* Working with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from sales new hire training to a continued onboarding experience for the Stage sales team.
* Supplementing the current new hire training program with additional software – 1:1 rep training, manager support, and more.
* Being the face of arenaflex for all agents across our SMB Stage Salespeople.
* Approaching every opportunity for knowledge transfer as a chance to upskill, persuade, and drive positive change across the business.
* Utilizing strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and online training materials.
* Developing a deep understanding of how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work.
* Working in lockstep with other training prompts to share knowledge and upskill.
* Bringing innovative ideas to the team and elevating the current range of skills based on your experience and interests within the learning space.

**About the Team**
The Client Platform Engineering team at arenaflex is responsible for endpoint management, including macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI. Additional responsibilities include the zero-contact onboarding stream for new hires, operating system/external software fixing, and level three escalations from service desk.

**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience regulating an Enterprise MDM framework (ideally Windows on Microsoft Intune) and a VDI environment.
* 3+ years of experience managing the following tools for Windows support: Intune, Entra ID/Purple Promotion, M365, Autopilot, and more.
* Knowledge in CI/CD for client engineering cycles and tools.
* 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages (yet not limited to: PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang).
* Experience working in a Agile environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
