If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering wow-ing experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing exceptional support * Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers * Turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth * Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Oklahoma * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment * Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed the required typing speed **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of online communities and customer engagement * Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems, including CRM and sales management tools * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment * Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed the required typing speed * Familiarity with online communities and customer engagement, with the ability to create a fun and engaging experience for customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
