**What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, full-time, in a quiet and distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job, and you'll be required to meet in person occasionally.
**What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) – for more information, click here.
* You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience.
* You must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location.
* You must be confident in using a computer and have basic computer skills.
* You must be at least 18 years old.
* You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process.
* You must be eligible to work in the United States and have legal authorization to do so.
