**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including chat, email, social media, and direct messaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Connecting and resolving issues with customers using written communication
* Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Completed senior high school or equivalent
* At least 1 year or more customer service experience
* Strong product or service knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
* Willingness to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
