**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Card Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team in Memphis and Knoxville, TN, and Tucson, AZ. As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our cardholders, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with questions and concerns related to their credit card accounts
* Processing and responding to customer inquiries utilizing multiple systems to provide information on accounts while answering every call with professionalism and accuracy
* Properly diagnosing customer needs and proactively educating them about the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services
* Demonstrating a genuine interest in customers and asking questions to resolve their concerns while understanding how arenaflex can help meet their financial needs
* Presenting options to customers about ways to make their banking easy and convenient, while ensuring the needs of the customer always come first
* De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
* Guiding customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company website/mobile app or using the products or services using digital tools
* Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service
**Schedule**
After completing our comprehensive training program, you'll work a schedule that includes:
* 11:30 am – 8 pm Arizona Time Zone
* 12:30 pm – 9 pm Central Time Zone (10%-night differential pay eligible)
* 1:30 pm – 10 pm Eastern Time Zone (10%-night differential pay eligible)
**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
While not required, the following skills and experience are preferred:
* Thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, and systems and procedures
* Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
* Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle difficult customer calls
* Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
* Effective selling and referral skills
* Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
* Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
**Work Environment and Culture**
As a remote employee, you'll work from a designated remote worksite that allows focus and confidentiality. You'll be responsible for furnishing your worksite (including desk, chair, and internet access) and ensuring company equipment and information is safe. arenaflex will provide computer equipment necessary to perform job responsibilities, including computer and peripheral equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse), and all equipment provided remains the sole and exclusive property of arenaflex.

**Compensation**
