**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email communication, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, and utilizing our internal systems to track and notate your work.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Call and email clients to provide updates on their orders, ensuring timely and effective communication
* Work from a set list of priority orders, contacting and updating clients on the status of their orders
* Utilize internal systems to track and notate your work, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions to clients
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
