As a seasoned Business Process Consultant & Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our success by helping us streamline our business processes, enhance our IT solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant & Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. As a key member of our IT staff augmentation services, you'll work closely with our business senior management and corporate staff executives to align our technology solutions with our business strategies. Your expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition will enable you to identify and communicate how our IT solutions can add value to our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Facilitate the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and information technology * Actively resolve day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes, dissecting problems, and suggesting solutions * Conduct complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to integrate new and existing processes * Provide input and support planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities, including developing the business unit process engineering plan and integrating that plan with the corporate plan * Participate in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions * Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures, and plan the transition to a new process * Provide counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements, requiring a high level of understanding of our organization's business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience * A minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience, four (4) years of experience in process engineering, and two (2) years of experience in project management * Proven expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management, and business systems requirements definition * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate how IT solutions can add value to our organization * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with business senior management and corporate staff executives **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with complex systems and process analysis, design, and simulation * Knowledge of business process engineering and process performance measures * Familiarity with industry-wide requirements and best practices for business process optimization * Certification in project management, process management, or business systems requirements definition **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work effectively with business senior management and corporate staff executives * Strong project management and process management skills * Ability to identify and communicate how IT solutions can add value to our organization * Familiarity with industry-wide requirements and best practices for business process optimization **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
