As a Cloud Customer Success Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of technology in our state. **Job Summary** As a Cloud Customer Success Manager, you'll serve as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and our Enterprise Technology Services Office (ETSO). Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on standard and non-standard service offerings, incident and problem escalation, and process, services, and solutions. You'll also play a key role in promoting technology to optimize business results, removing barriers, and enabling or improving key services. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and ETSO, aligning cloud and compute services with business objectives * Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on standard and non-standard service offerings, incident and problem escalation, and process, services, and solutions * Advocate for agency needs, promoting technology to optimize business results * Remove barriers and enable or improve key services to support agency objectives * Collaborate with staff, agencies, and peers to further Office for Information Technology (OIT) initiatives and objectives * Represent Network, Unified Telecommunication, and Security Operations (NUTSO) and (OIT) to all Cloud and Compute stakeholders * Maintain expertise in and support the catalog of services for Cloud technologies **Essential Qualifications** * Ten years of professional information technology experience; or * Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or * An equivalent combination of experience and training * Ability to perform essential job functions * Must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven experience in cloud computing, IT service management, and business process improvement * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, IT service management, and business process improvement * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Cloud Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
