Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll work from home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training. If you're a skilled communicator, a quick typist, and a gaming enthusiast, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs * Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and professional online experience * Convert conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business * Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers * Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Pennsylvania * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the gaming industry or a related field * Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
