**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. You'll work from home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and providing solutions to their needs
* Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive and professional online experience
* Convert conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the gaming industry or a related field
* Familiarity with automotive industry software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
